The Plan

We will be spending the majority of the trip camping in National Parks. For $80 you can purchase a park pass that gives you access to every National Park for FREE! Camping is usually an additional charge between $5-15. We are both avid backpackers and will be heading out into the wilderness during our stay at several parks. During time spent in cities we have opted to stay at hostels. Below is our current itinerary. I am writing from Cork on the south coast of Ireland. I stumbled upon your blog while searching for posts on travelling around the U.S. (I’ve never travelled outside of Europe). Have a great trip and I look forward to following the story of your adventure from the comfort of my seat on the Emerald Isle!
